SH101 Mechanical Impurity Tester of Petroleum

The SH101 mechanical impurity analyzer is designed according to the requirements of the national standard GB/T 511 "Determination of Mechanical Impurities in Petroleum Products and Additives (Weight Method)", and is suitable for determining the content of mechanical impurities in various light and heavy oils, lubricants, and additives in petroleum products.

The water bath adopts glass bathtub, which can be loaded with 2 beakers, double control box, and can simultaneously carry out two high and low temperature filtration experiments

Method Summary

Weigh a certain amount of sample and dissolve it in the solvent used. Filter it through a constant weight filter paper or microporous glass filter. Impurities left on the filter paper or microporous glass filter are called mechanical impurities.
