Overview of Testing Process:

Take three pieces of test article, generally cut into a size of 50mm × 70mm, with the adhesive side up, put them on the sample loading module, align with the appropriate scale line, tear a little of the cover lining on both sides, press the adhesive surface exposed on both sides with a pressure strip, carefully remove the cover lining, and place them on the fixture base plate naturally in the middle, so that the test article fits on the base plate smoothly. .
The instrument is equipped with different measurement modes to set the forward and backward speed of the press spokes, which are used for rolling return and testing respectively. Except for special cases, the forward speed of the pressure spoke is generally 600mm per minute, and the backward speed is 21mm per minute.
