The SH119C Petroleum Wax Ashing Residue Tester is designed and manufactured in accordance with the NB/SH/T 0653-2021 standard, "Determination of Normal Alkanes and Non-Normal Alkanes Content and Carbon Number Distribution in Petroleum Wax (Gas Chromatography Method)." This standard is applicable for determining the content of new impurities—specifically inorganic substances—in petroleum wax and petroleum fats, as well as for measuring the content of inorganic substances present as components in organic materials or the impurities in volatile inorganic substances.

Instrument Features

● The casing is formed by bending and welding steel plates, with an exterior coated by static spraying. The heating element consists of high-quality silicon carbide rods, and the insulation material is premium alumina fiber.

● The furnace chamber is made of alumina ceramic fiber, featuring rapid heating (reaching 1000°C in about 30 minutes) and excellent thermal insulation (the exterior remains cool to the touch at 1000°C).

● The control section features a microcomputer PID control function and can also be configured with intelligent program meters as per user requirements. It supports setting 50-step heating and insulation curves, includes over-temperature alarm and timing functions, and possesses robust learning capabilities.
